International Shipping
We ship to New Zealand. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, and prices are shown in NZD.
NZ customers don't pay Australian GST. Email or call us for a discount code that removes the AU GST component from the listed price.
New Zealand Customers
Orders of NZ$1,000 or less (including shipping) have nothing to pay NZ Customs. For orders over NZ$1,000, NZ Customs will collect 15% GST, plus any duty and levies, on arrival.

Warranty: While warranty issues are very rare with Kestrel Meters, it can happen. All orders sold by Kestrel AU are covered by the 5 year warranty, and we will handle the warranty for you. Simply contact us. Unauthorised Kestrel Meters that do not carry the RCM (formerly C-Tick) compliance mark will not be covered under warranty with Kestrel AU.
Returns
30 day return policy. Please mail your items via a trackable and insured method to:

Please include your order number with the return. All returns will be refunded to the method used for purchase. All returns must be in new condition, and include all items you received in your original order. Returns processing takes about a day post receipt. Shipping fees are not refundable, unless we made an error in order processing.
