5-year Manufacturer Warranty/ Local Support

New Zealand

All Kestrel meters sent to NZ should have a C-Tick  on them, as they do in AU.  Any meters without this will not be supported for warranty from Kestrel AU.

While we encourage consumers to buy from their local dealers, you also have the option to purchase on this Kestrel website.  You are exempt from AU GST and may enter a code to give you a discount that would equate to the price exclusive of GST.

If you would like this code, please send us an email or give us a call and we'll place it for you.  It is earmarked only for NZ customers and only reflects the price listed, less AU GST.

Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $40.

New Zealand Customers Shopping On Our Site
If you are shopping online, you may have to pay duty and GST on your goods when they arrive New Zealand.
There is a common misconception that goods purchased online from overseas websites for less than NZ$400 can come into the country (be imported) without incurring any duty, GST, or charges. This ‘rule of thumb’ does not apply to goods that attract both duty and GST. Customs charges maybe payable when the value of these goods exceeds approximately NZ$225.
If the amount to be paid to Customs is under $60, this will be waived, but if it’s $60 or more, you’ll have to pay any duty and GST plus an Import Entry Transaction Fee and MPI levy.
